Feb 14, 2020 · I’m assuming something is glitchy or something needs to be reset. A quick google search turns up that a master reset of Sync does nothing to solve this problem. I see that others have this issue with the Explorer and Cmax and others. Their solution is to pull the radio fuse. On my vehicle it’s fuse 29 in the under-dash panel. Well. It worked..
