Crossover Network Cable Wiring Diagram - Sep 19, 2012  · Hi Stuart, As Andy says, you would normally connect pins 3 and 4 on the RJ-11 to pins 2 and 5 on the BT Plug for a straight through, simply reverse this at one end and you have a crossover cable..
