K means thousands, (not the fraction thousanths) and M means Mega or millions, so say, 4.x M ohms means 4.x MILLION ohms.. I found the best performance with the 1.8 ohm coils to be at around 12-13 watts, and at 20-23 watts with the sub ohm coils. I definitely would not exceed that by more than 2-3 watts. The mouthpiece will get too hot, and you'll burn the coil, take my advice and save the trouble..
