Jul 26, 2017 · I contacted PAC and they said they only have instructions for 1999 and newer, I asked how they can say the SWI-RC is compatible with my 1998, but not have install instructions for it, still waiting for an answer from them.. Theirs is from the wire side despite them saying it is from the pin side. The way these things work is by resistance. So they need to be grounded at some point..
